Delivery and Returns Policy


Once you have signed your order confirmation, and paid for the product, we will advise you the approximate delivery date for your order. 24 hours before the goods are due to be dispatched, we will contact you again and agree a suitable delivery date and address. Small parcels, locks, ironmongery etc will be sent through DX or similar but doors will be palletised and sent via the pallet network. As these are heavy consignments please ensure that you have a forklift available to offload them at your end.


Due to the bespoke nature of our product, we do not accept returns unless they are faulty.

If we supply a product to you that is faulty or damaged, the procedure is as follows:

Notify our sales department by phone or email and send pictures of the fault or damage.
We will discuss with you the best way to resolve the issue and will provide a satisfactory solution within 24 hours.
